​

GENERAL BACKGROUND

​

I was born in Lucknow, after completing my intermediate, I started my studies in Building Engineering and Construction Management from Apeejey Institute of Technology, school of Architecture and Planning.I am an articulate, confident person who relishes challenges and working under pressure.

BROAD EDUCATION & SKILLS

​

After Intermediate in Maths, Physics, I completed my Undergraduate Degree in B.Arch - Building Engineering and Construction Management at Apeejay School of Architeture and Planning.

​

At College, I gained 'practice-applicable' working knowledge in:

- Construction drawings and 2D/3D modelling software, in AutoCAD          

- General layout and editing software, in Photoshop

- Model-making and drawing techniques

- Construction methods and approaches

- Environmental methods and approaches

- Preparing Tender Documents and Structure designing

- Detailed understandings in the workings of an architecture practice

COLLEGE 

​

Whilst at College, I ran as Course Representative for all 5 years of my Undergraduate Career, acting as a link between staff members and students.

I was Awarded  best designer in year 2010-2011 in APEEJAY, 3rd best design award for Exhibition-hall designing and 2nd best design award for Meditation-Centre designing competition.

​

As well as head up  mentoring Seminars on various Industrial relevant topics across all years of architecture, and running various workshops.The workshop involved developing scale models of a 3d model created through software like max. Its use in future to use it on a large scale to produce module for building.Seminars includes my Participation in MIT media Lab , Transparency and other relevant exposures.

​

I also volunteered at a community-based organisation in post-industrial areas in Apeejey, collaborating with various groups to run workshops for the local community.

RESEARCH PROJECT - POLICE HEADQUARTER

​

U.p . police departments are scattered all over the u.p., this project will unite all  the departments and provide them a single place to work and coordinate just like a prism which  combine  different  spectrum of  light and provide a single  white ray of light. The concept of  building is same  as  prism which combines all  departments and in result  produces  a crime less state.Other than  designing research work included study of different departments thier linkagage with one another, structure study and Building automation.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

​

AS A TRAINEE

​

I worked as Architectural trainee with civil consultants and worked over different commercial and industrial projects, with responsibilities including sketch design and technical drawing,3d-modeling, site surveys, regulation interpretation and attending client, consultants and project meetings,

B.O.Q./tender drafting.

Worked on  Live Projects Independently including Residential buildings,Shopping Complex, Multiplex+shopping Gallery etc.

AS A PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECT

​

I worked as Planning manager in Architecture and Planning Department in Greater Noida Industrial Development  Authority (GNIDA) for 4 years which helped me expand my knowledge with respect to the planning at Development plan of the city and its mutual expansion along with Regional Planning. I also got valuable experience of early development of Integrated Industrial Township (IIT) under greater Noida limited which is the first smart city to be developed in the most important Delhi Mumbai Integrated corridor development corporation (DMICDC).

AS A OWNER OF THE ARCHITECTURE FIRM

​

Currently working towards development of more sustainable architecture in private field through our architecture and planning firm Design Charrette. The firm includes like minded architects who shares same passion and compassion towards the architecture field.
